Let’s talk power, as paint and chrome... don’t get you home. The rubber-mounted 883cc Evolution™ engine revs hard and rides smooth, producing a maximum engine torque of 68Nm @ 4,750 rpm.
Adjustable rear shocks come standard on the Sportster line up, which is a very big plus. Referring to your owners manual, riders can self adjust the rear suspension with a wrench - ideal for their riding weight.
The front end is fairly bare, presenting a small front wheel fairing (which looks rather sleek), and a clean handlebar setup. Dials and navigational buttons are glove friendly and easy to operate. The speedo sits nicely within the front end and follows the Iron 883™ styling. When sitting on the machine, a low-rise, slammed black drag-style handlebar is an old-school garage feature that puts you in a forward, aggressive riding position The lower, more bent forwards riding position allows for sharper cornering and easier manoeuvring of the bike.
